For those customers you are not in our local driving area, you also have the option of sending us your jewelry for cash. Here's how it done:

  1. Contact us to request a self addressed box. The box will be mailed out within one business day of your request.

  2. Once you receive the envelope simply package up your old unwanted jewelry. There will be written instructions included on how to package & seal your box before mailing.

  3. Included in the box will be a form which must be filled out which will detail each piece that you will be sending us for evaluation. This form will require your signature and you will retain a copy. There should be as much info as possible stated on this form. Please include any jewelry appraisals or certificates, such as GIA or EGL.

  4. Ship the package directly to us making sure it is fully insured.  We always recommend U.S. Priority mail for the safest, fastest and most reliable service.

  5. Once we receive your package you can be sure that it will be handled with the utmost care. One of our expert jewelry buyers will evaluate your items within a few hours and contact you with an offer.

  6. If our offer is accepted we will immediately send you payment by either company check, Paypal or wire transfer. We will also pay for the shipping and insurance costs which you will have incurred. If our offer is declined we will then promptly ship your jewelry items back to you and we will pay the full cost of shipping & insurance.
